Your archive, sorted by topic.

Notes, voice memos, links, files and photos live in topic chats and sync through your own iCloud.

Stashful on iPhone, a list of topic chats lit by the home screen at dusk
Lives in your iCloud
No vendor servers
Zero analytics, zero IDFA
Works fully offline

Every topic gets its own chat.

Work, recipes, travel ideas, books to read. Instead of one infinite feed you get several small ones, each with its own icon, accent colour and wallpaper. Open "Article ideas" and you only see article ideas.

36 built-in icons cover most topics. The Favorites chat stays pinned at the top, no folder discipline required.

Text, voice, links, files, photos and video. Side by side.

Stashful is a chat where every message knows how to render itself. No separate modules, no "notes tab".

  • Links arrive with a preview: title, description, thumbnail.
  • Voice notes record with a waveform and play with progress.
  • Files of any type, photos and video with native iOS gestures.

Find it. Even when you forgot where you put it.

Filter inside a chat

When a chat fills up, two taps narrow it down to just media, files, links or voice notes. Same chat, narrower view.

Search across everything

Global search runs across every chat at once and groups results by chat. Combine free text with tags: five built-in, plus your own custom ones.

No vendor servers. Just your iCloud.

Stashful has no backend. Everything you save lives on your iPhone and in your CloudKit private database under your Apple ID. The developer cannot read it.

  • Storage is yoursCloudKit Private Database. Apple stores it; Stashful doesn't.
  • Zero analyticsNo Firebase, Mixpanel or Sentry. No IDFA, no tracking prompt.
  • Only two permissionsMicrophone for voice notes, Photos when you pick them.
  • Works offlineSync catches up when the network comes back.

Upgrade inside the app

Billed via the App Store. Apple shows final local pricing before purchase and you can cancel anytime in Apple ID settings.

Comes in from anywhere. Leaves in one tap.

Share Sheet in

Found a link in Safari, a photo in Telegram, a file in Mail? Tap Share and pick a Stashful chat. Text, photos, video, files and links from any iOS app.

Export out

Any chat exports as a .zip archive with human-readable Markdown, structured JSON and every attachment. Plain files you can open anywhere.

No lock-in. Your data was never on our servers in the first place.

The usual questions.

Is this a messenger? Can I chat with a friend here?
No. Stashful is for you only. There are no other users, no conversations, no public posts. "Chats" is just the metaphor: a convenient way to organise your own archive.
Where is my data physically stored?
On your iPhone and in your CloudKit private database (container iCloud.com.anapps.Stashful) under your Apple ID. Stashful has no server of its own. Apple stores it; Stashful doesn't.
What happens if I delete the app?
The local copy is gone, but the iCloud copy stays; that's standard iOS behaviour. To wipe everything, go to iOS Settings, open your Apple ID, then iCloud, Manage Storage, and remove Stashful's data.
Can I take my archive somewhere else?
Yes. Any chat exports as a .zip archive that contains human-readable Markdown, structured JSON and every attachment. Plain files, no proprietary format.
Is there a Mac or iPad version?
For now Stashful is a native iPhone app for iOS 26 and later. iPad and Mac versions are planned. Since your data already lives in iCloud, migration will be seamless.
How is this better than Telegram Saved Messages?
It's your own database, not an account on someone else's messenger. You get topic chats, content-type filters, tags, proper search and export. And not a byte of your data goes to a third party's server.

An archive worth coming back to.

Give your "save for later" pile a proper home. Free on the App Store, for iPhone with iOS 26 and later.
