These Terms govern your use of Stashful, a single-user personal-archive iOS application. By installing or using Stashful, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. The service
Stashful is a single-user personal-archive application for iOS, distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Each user has their own private archive, stored on their device and synced through their own iCloud account (CloudKit Private Database in container iCloud.com.anapps.Stashful).
Stashful is not a messenger, a social network or a collaboration tool. There is no inter-user messaging, no public publishing of content, and no sharing of notes with other Stashful users. The "chats" inside the app are an organisational metaphor for your own content.
2. Your Apple ID and your iCloud
To sync your archive between your own devices, you must be signed into iCloud with an Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled. Stashful does not maintain a user account of its own. You authenticate with Apple, not with Stashful.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID, including its recovery options. Loss of access to your Apple ID may result in loss of access to the iCloud-stored copy of your archive. Stashful cannot recover content stored under an Apple ID it does not control.
3. Your content and your responsibilities
You retain ownership of all content you save in Stashful. Stashful does not review, moderate or have access to your content — it is stored under your Apple ID, not on Stashful's servers.
You agree that you will not use Stashful to store content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that violates the rights of third parties.
You are responsible for your own backups. While iCloud provides redundancy under Apple's terms, you should keep your Apple ID recoverable and be aware of Apple's iCloud retention and account policies. Stashful makes a best-effort attempt to keep on-device and iCloud copies in sync, but is not a backup service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Stashful is free to install and use within the Free-tier limits listed on the pricing page. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through the App Store on monthly or annual terms.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel the subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy.
Family Sharing, lifetime purchase and referral programmes are not part of v1 and may be introduced later.
Free-tier limits and Pro-tier limits are summarised on the pricing page. We may adjust limits and prices for future purchases with notice; existing subscriptions are honoured until the end of their paid period.
5. Intellectual property
The Stashful name, logo, app icon, illustrations and the application itself are the property of the developer (anapps) and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Stashful's name or logo except to identify Stashful as the source of the application.
You retain all rights to the content you save in your own archive. We claim no licence over your content.
6. Disclaimers
Stashful is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Stashful is a local-first application. The integrity and availability of your archive depend on your device, your Apple ID, Apple's iCloud service and other components outside of the developer's control. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Stashful is limited to the amount you paid for the Stashful Pro subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall the developer be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill.
8. Termination
You may stop using Stashful at any time by deleting the app from your device. To also remove your archive from iCloud, follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features, with or without notice, where required by law, where continued operation is no longer feasible, or where a user materially breaches these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the in-app About section and on this page at stashful.anapps.store/terms. The "Last updated" date above will move forward when the Terms change. Your continued use of Stashful after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
